The Time is NOW

The Time is NOW

The world is undergoing a Generational Phase Transit (GPT—in reality) and we are experiencing the biggest mass-migration in our collective history mirroring the Industrial Revolution.

However, this time, the winds are in the opposite direction.

The technologies that emerged prior to the Industrial Revolution led to mass migration into cities for industrial work, and humans became industrial labor as workers. Trade schools and the academic schooling system became extended appendages to this revolution, churning out workers and managers to support and perpetuate the labor needed for the desired economic growth.

However, the technologies that have developed past the Industrial Revolution have now surpassed industrial labor for certain sectors while causing imbalance in others because financial incentives and rewards started to skew in unhealthy ways, causing increasing inequality and imbalance.

We are currently witnessing this across the world.

Concurrently, we are also witnessing a fascinating shift. Over the recent years, in the midst of the growing economic inequality, imbalance, and increased exposure of corruption and uncertainty, there is growing evidence that the winds of support are in favor of those who make the shift from workers to creators.

This favor comes in the form of requisite financial and livelihood support, and even stability; especially when they compare their previous livelihood as a worker-employee and their current livelihood as a creator-entrepreneur.

This makes sense because when we live in an era where the technologies and tools have surpassed industrial human labor, and being a worker-employee competing with other worker-employees in this era of diminishing required-labor would be those fighting over the best seats in a theatre on fire. The reward for the win in that kind of fight is temporary survival with a front-row view to a coming collapse.

When we examine the tools and technologies that have emerged as the wind of support during this historical time of a generational phase transit, we will note that it reduces labor for those who choose to create. Therein lies the inherent essence and definition of a tool (including all technologies for they are tools), which is that they innately provide an exponential capability for those who create with it.

Intrinsically, tools are neither healthy or harmful. The human who creates with it makes it such. So, two individuals can use the same tool, and produce two different outcomes—one healthy and one harmful. So, judging or avoiding a tool for what has been created is the errand of a mind without context. Knowing a tool and deploying it by choice is the mark of a conscious individual.

And we are now in a time where those who choose to create are being supported by tools that enable work to be completed at an exponential fraction of what would have been required in the past. The creative capacity and capability is being supported in this time like never before, and we are existing during a period that is now inversely mirroring the start of the Industrial Revolution era.

If we lived during that era, we would notice a supportive wind and zeitgeist with movement into Industrializing Cities, as more and more people headed in that direction and adapted to life, livelihood, living, and lifestyle as a worker-employee in that revolution.

And most of humanity has been conditioned for the past two hundred years (across 3-4 generations) to experience our own lives within time-lines that mirror the mechanical linear conveyor belt of that industrial revolution era. The success of the Industrial Revolution in creating these modernized industrial cities across the world also came at a cost that we are now witnessing.

Societies within industrialized cities became so conditioned to this worker-employee way of existence that it perpetuated and has become most of our inherited default time-line and subsequent experience of Life, without ever considering if Life can be lived, created, and sustained outside of that default.

And yet, here we are, at this moment where the wind of support, along with the emergence of tools, have brought us to the start of another era. The revolution isn't coming; it's already here. We are in the Creator Revolution era.

The challenge for us still alive today, who have the past worker-employee experience as frame of reference while also recognizing the shift, to dare move in the direction of the shift, and utilizing the tools, and documenting the experience of this process as this new era supersedes the previous fading era.

You are invited to be part of the biggest mass migration in history, and to assist, support, and empower yourself and others to move where the wind is blowing and shift your effort and labor from worker to creator in a time when tools and technologies are outpacing working labor.

Understand the power to "create" goes beyond art and creativity;
to "create" is to make into reality, so that it exists.
You can design it, craft it, engineer it, build it, materialize it into reality.
We are in the era of the Creator. The Time is Now. You are supported.
